We are very excited to announce that the Preservation Trust of Vermont has recognized COTS North Avenue as a 2018 Preservation Award Winner. COTS North Avenue was a renovation and new addition to the historic Colodny's supermarket at the junction of North Avenue and North Street in Burlington, VT. The building is now home to Committee on Temporary Shelter (COTS) offices, daystation, and 14 transitional apartments.
