40 Affordable Multi-Family Cooperative Housing Units - The smaller structures re-establish a strong, neighborhood streetscape and are informed by the shape of their immediate neighbors to quietly knit back into the community. The winding shape and setback of the larger building keeps it's bulk hidden from the street. It's size provides density and parking beneath, which frees the site of vehicles and provides space for gardens, play areas, and social spaces.
