DESIGN DEVELOPMENT 2024

Alburgh, VT

The Alburgh Family Clubhouse is a new childcare center for 44 children plus and 18 child after school program to be built on Missile Base Rd. in 2023. The second rendering is an earlier and smaller design for a different site. Given significant budget constraints the design is a simple wood framed box with an asymmetrical truss roof . We included a carved out entry porch and landscaped front yard to promote social interaction as parents, children and staff come and go.
